Operated by PowerDocs, LLC

PLEASE NOTE: The materials made available on this website apply only to automated camera citations.

See Term #11 (Scope Limitation) below for further explanation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, purchasing any product, or downloading any materials from PowerDocs, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase any products.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or purchase any materials.

2. Description of Service

PowerDocs, LLC sells a templated written statement designed as a universal response to automated camera‑enforced traffic infraction notices. This statement is intended to be sent by the Customer to the court or entity that issued the automated camera citation.

Customization

Customers may purchase the statement in one of two ways:

$47 — One‑time purchase for individual, personal use

OR

$67 — Lifetime membership access for a single Customer to download unlimited statements for their individual, personal use

The statement is customized with the Customer’s identifying information and the identifying information of the issuing court or entity.

Submission to Courts

PowerDocs, LLC does not submit documents on behalf of Customers. We recommend that Customers send their statement to the issuing court via certified mail to ensure verifiable receipt.

3. No Legal Advice or Representation

PowerDocs, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services. No attorney‑client relationship is created by:

  • Using this website
  • Purchasing or downloading any materials
  • Communicating with the Company
  • Reading any content on the website

The Company does not guarantee any legal outcome, dismissal, reduction, or modification of any citation or legal matter.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete personal information
  • Providing accurate citation or court information
  • Reviewing the customized statement before sending it
  • Sending the statement to the correct court or entity
  • Meeting all deadlines associated with their citation
  • Complying with all applicable laws and court rules

By purchasing and using the Company’s materials, the Customer agrees to hold the Company harmless for any inaccuracies in the Customer‑provided information or any consequences arising from the Customer’s use of the materials.

5. Refund Policy

PowerDocs, LLC cannot control the actions, decisions, or internal processes of any court, clerk, or administrative body. Because court outcomes are inherently unpredictable and outside the Company’s control, the Company cannot offer a warranty or guarantee any legal result. Our materials are sold as digital informational products, not as legal services or legal representation.

Still, the Company values its reputation and strives to ensure satisfied customers. Although refunds are not required for digital goods and are not offered based solely on a court’s rejection of a statement, the Company provides a good‑faith, limited refund policy for Customers who can demonstrate that they followed all required steps and still received an adverse response.

A one-time refund is available only when the Customer submits a complete Refund Request through the dropdown menu at the Contact US page and includes the following documentation in a single, scanned multi‑page PDF:

  1. A copy of the original citation notice received by the Customer.
  2. Proof of certified mailing showing that the Customer mailed the personalized Company‑generated response packet to the issuing court at least four (4) days prior to any deadline printed on the citation notice.
  3. IF THE COURT RESPONDS TO THE RESPONSE PACKET BY SCHEDULING A CONTESTED HEARING, the Customer must include:
    • A copy of the court’s response notifying the Customer that they scheduled a contested hearing (without the Customer’s consent)
    • Proof of certified mailing showing that the Customer mailed the personalized Company‑generated copy of the “no thanks” letter at least four (4) days prior to any deadline printed on the citation notice.
  4. A copy of the court’s written notice of rejection, demonstrating that the Customer’s timely submitted statement and subsequent “no thanks” letter were formally rejected by the applicable court, and proceeded with scheduling and holding a contested hearing.
  5. A copy of the court’s acknowledgement that the Customer attended the hearing, rejected the Customer’s written arguments, and issued the fine anyway.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed deadlines
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate Customer‑provided information
  • Failure to send the response packet to the applicable court
  • Failure to use certified mail
  • Failure to attend the hearing (assuming the court unjustly schedules and holds a hearing without the Customer’s request or consent)
  • Situations where the Customer cannot provide the required documentation

This limited refund policy exists solely as a gesture of goodwill and does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or promise of any legal result.

11. Scope Limitation

THE SOLUTIONS OFFERED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE USED, NOR WILL THEY BE EFFECTIVE, IN RESPONSE TO TRAFFIC TICKETS ISSUED IN PERSON BY A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER WHO SIGNS AN INFRACTION (“TICKET”) ATTESTING THAT THEY WITNESSED THE ALLEGED INFRACTION.

While much of the information discussed on this website is, in principle, applicable to the evidentiary and procedural requirements governing traffic infractions generally, the strategies, arguments, and document templates provided by Camera Ticket Dismissal are designed exclusively for citations generated by automated enforcement systems (including red‑light cameras, speed cameras, school‑zone cameras, and similar devices). They are not suitable for, and should not be used in response to, any citation issued by a live officer, whether during a traffic stop or following an in‑person investigation.

Automated camera citations are governed by distinct statutory frameworks, rely on different evidentiary assumptions, and involve unique procedural defects that do not exist in officer‑initiated enforcement. As a result, the methods described here address only those defects specific to automated systems and will not produce comparable results when applied to traditional traffic stops or officer‑witnessed infractions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerDocs, LLC is not liable for:

  • Any legal outcomes
  • Court decisions
  • Government errors
  • Mail delays
  • Customer mistakes
  • Missed deadlines
  • Incorrect Customer information
  • Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Any disputes must be brought exclusively in Washington State small‑claims courts. Arbitration is not required or permitted under these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

PowerDocs, LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

15. Prohibited Uses

Customers may not use this website, the Company’s materials, or any related services for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable federal, state, or local law
  • Misrepresenting identity or providing false information
  • Attempting to interfere with the website’s functionality or security
  • Using the materials to harass, threaten, or intimidate any person or entity
  • Using the materials in connection with any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity

  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, copy, or interact with the website or its content
  • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any access controls, security measures, or usage limits

16. Limits on Automated Scraping or Copying

PowerDocs, LLC strictly prohibits:

  • Automated scraping
  • Data mining
  • Bulk copying
  • Automated downloading
  • Use of bots, crawlers, or similar technologies

…for any purpose other than standard indexing by legitimate search engines.

No Customer or third party may use automated tools to:

  • Copy or extract the Company’s templates
  • Harvest Customer data
  • Monitor website activity
  • Reproduce the Company’s proprietary materials
  • Access restricted areas of the website

Any attempt to automate access or copying constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action, including injunctive relief.
